Welcome to Rodvon Baby Shop. By accessing or using our website (https://rodvonbabyshop.co.ke), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of Kenya. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
User Accounts
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password (including Google Login credentials).
- •You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.
Products & Payments
- Currency: All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery (for Nairobi CBD orders only). Upcountry orders must be paid before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy lasts 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, sanitary goods (like diapers/wipes once opened), and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Defects: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
