Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
At Rodvon Baby Shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags and original packaging are intact.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Diapers, wipes, and potty training items.
- Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken).
- Feeding bottles and pacifiers that have been opened.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and a photo of the item.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved:
- Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item within 48 hours.
- Refunds: Processed via M-Pesa or the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
*Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
